Nose: caramelized red onion, toasted graham crackers, pie crust
Flavor: oiled leather, salted grilled grouper, vegetable oil , toasted nori, vanilla wafers

Finish: long and steady
Food Pairings: grilled grouper or snapper with a healthy side of grilled onions
Surprisingly sweet on the nose with a shockingly savory flavor profile. Tons of complex flavors come through. This scotch made me crave bitter herbs and gave me a lingering desire for caviar on toast points.
