    We know purchasing online can feel risky and you’re sometimes uncertain if you’ll like your purchase. That’s why we have a fair and generous return policy. Our policy lasts 30 day. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it when it arrives to us. The same or similar packaging should be used when the items is sent back. Personalized and monogrammed products are excluded from returns unless there is a defect or damage to the product. Knives require proper care and can only be returned if unused and in original condition.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received, within 2-3 business days we will send you an email to notify you with a confirmation of the refund being processed, or either a rejection if the return does not meet our policy after being inspected. 
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your bank.

    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Returns/Exchanges (exclusively for rings) 

    For exchanges related to rings, we allow for one free resizing or exchange for a different style within the 30 day timeframe after delivery. Any additional exchanges or resizing requests are subject to a $30 fee.

    We accept returns on rings within 30 days after delivery. Rings must not be damaged and in original condition to be eligible for a full refund.

    If your ring becomes damaged or broken, we offer a $50 repair or replacement fee.

    Exchanges (all products other than rings)

    We offer free exchanges within the 30 days after delivery on any items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@thevintagegentlemen.com and send your item to:

    Gift Returns

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
